The Fountains Assisted Living is a community is Sweeny, Texas. Located in a safe, secure location on the same campus as Sweeny Community Hospital, Sweeny EMS, Senior Counseling Services and a medical office building. This provides quick access to an emergency room and ancillary services, including a dialysis clinic, as needed. We have van transportation to physician offices in neighboring towns.
