Evergreen Cottages of Magnolia offers personalized care services optimized for senior lifestyles. We provide memory care options that give residents the opportunity to thrive and receive support within their new home. Residents of Evergreen Cottages can embrace security and peace of mind with our compassionate, trained, and experienced staff close at hand. Our caregivers understand the unique needs of elder care, and assure that each of our residents receives the support they need. Our stately community grounds border the Katy Medical Complex and is a short distance from Mason Creek. We are also in close proximity to shopping destinations, cultural activities, beautiful beaches, golf courses, and plenty of other options for recreation.

Living & Care
We personalize every aspect of our residents’ care to provide an optimal living experience. We have staff that assist with medication administration, dining, and personal care, as needed. Doctors and nurses, as well as rehabilitative and medical services, are available on-site to accommodate any health concerns.
Care Types Offered
Evergreen Cottages Magnolia is a Type B assisted living facility. In the state of Texas, these terms are defined as follows:
Assisted Living Facility
A facility that provides personal care services and administration of medication to 4 or more residents. Assisted living facilities can accept residents with dementia and/or Alzheimer’s. There are 3 types of assisted living facilities:
Type A: A facility that may provide room and board to residents who are physically and mentally capable of evacuating the facility unassisted.
Type B: A facility that may provide room and board to residents who need assistance evacuating, are incapable of following directions under emergency conditions, require staff attendance during nighttime sleeping hours, and require assistance transferring to and from a wheelchair.
Type C (Adult Foster Care): 4-bed facilities that meet the minimum standards and rules for enrollment in the Department of Aging and Disability Services’ Adult Foster Care home program. The facility provides supervision and personal care services to residents.
